Serving all visitors, organisers and participants a nourishing meal during this 3 days multifisciplinair art festival.

Last Resort, a 12-day summer school by Constructlab where I guided the workshop ‘how to eat’.

Last Resort refers to the climate crisis we are currently in and is an ironic reference to the artifificial and commercialised holiday resorts part of the tourist industry.

Together with 6 participants we built an adaptable kitchen.

To be able to cook for all participants (50 people) we built a grill with the clay we could find on the terrain.

Cafetaria was a summer pop-up restaurant in Theresia, in a monastery in Ghent.

Together with three other chef’s I served local, honest and affordable food.

I created a simpel but recognizable visual identity.

For Sonmat brunch I worked together with producers and farmers from in and around Ghent, to provide one thing to add to the table.

Seven artists open a restaurant in Kunsthal Gent.

From August 12 to 29, food is served from Thursday to Sunday.
Come and enjoy this unique restaurant experience!
